Golden Gate Fields is a northern California thoroughbred racetrack that serves up to 1325 in its seated dining areas. The restaurant manager is primarily responsible for restaurant operations in the 700 seat turf club dining room and the 500 seat lounge during live racing. There is also a growing non-racing related special events program. The Restaurant Manager will work with a team including the Director of Sales and Catering, Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, Executive Chef, Commissary Supervisor, Catering Auditor and Group Sales staff to nurture and grow the sit down dining experience at Golden Gate Fields. Job Duties Include:
1. Supervise daily restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, training, payroll and work performance. 2. Meet with patrons of restaurants to contribute to the ambiance, and solicit comments concerning the level of customer satisfaction. 3.
